Terms and conditions:

To protect yourself in the unlikely event you need to cancel we recommend you purchase travel/trip cancellation insurance when you book your retreat.

Deposit:

Deposit is non refundable.

If you cancel 60 days or more out from the retreat you may apply (via email) for the deposit to be transferred to another retreat within a 2 year period.

Full payment due 45 days prior:

Full payment for the retreat is due 45 days prior to retreat start date.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your trip we do not offer refunds for any reason – illness, injury, family emergencies as we have already committed financially to our providers.

The best way to protect yourself is to purchase travel/trip cancellation insurance.  

We will happily refund the full retreat cost minus the deposit if another guest books your place.

 Arrive late or leave retreat early:

We do not offer credit if you arrive later or leave earlier for any unforeseen situations.

 Travel cancellation insurance:

The policy should cover for illness, natural disaster, travel delays, weather conditions, personal injury or family emergency.

If we cancel a retreat:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat we can not guarantee a refund.  This will depend on negotiating with our providers and receiving refunds ourselves from costs we have already incurred.

Valid passport:

It is your responsibility that you have a valid passport.  Many countries around the world will not let you enter if you have 6 months or less left on your current passport.

Visa:

Depending on your nationality and the country you are travelling to you may require a visa. Please check with your travel agent.
