    What a great concept!

If you want to do a co-blog at Kitchen Table Medicine on this I know it would benefit my readers…everyone needs a well being tool box!

I will be launching my blog this week so let me know and we can plan something for next week if you are interested!

I will also be doing blogs on spring cleaning starting next week too…nothing hardcore just the basics on detox for the average bear.

Hi, I need some personal assistance in getting over my day to day distractions. Though its small, I feel that I’m spending more time in imagining things. I know that, If this time is spent fruitfully, I can do wonders.

I dont know, how to take this forward.

    Hi Thangaivel,

Often if you focus on grounding your body your mind will not wander as often. I know it works for me.

There’s an article called get grounded or get pushed around by life which may support you.

Also if my mind is taking over I often use a mantra to take back control.
“My mind is clear and focused” “My mind is clear and focused.”

Let me know how you go.

    Peace, love and chocolate
