All my retreats are intentionally small and thoughtfully crafted for maximum rest, healing and rejuvenation.
A unique gentle fusion of deep rest restorative yoga, mindful breathing, ancient guided meditations (candle flame, colour, mantra), gentle movement and sacred walks. To deepen the experience I support you with healing reiki, aromatherapy, my own personal blend of flower essences, crystal elixirs and oracle cards.
My retreats are perfect for those of you wishing to experience a healthy dose of slow peaceful living for 2 or 5 days.

For a decade now I’ve been leading Slow Retreats in serene exquisite locations around the world.
Intentional deep rest is the priority of all retreats.
It’s all about you stopping and receiving, living slowly and being profoundly nurtured.
Enjoy a combination of very gentle deep rest yoga (perfect for beginners), calming meditations, rejuvenating breathing practices (pranayama), soft slow movement, energy healing (such as reiki), essential oils, oracle cards, serene nature walks and nourishing vegetarian meals. Layer all this with time to be on your own, a one-on-one private nurturing session with myself and a few peaceful soulful adventures.
I welcome everyone to my retreats. All ages, single travelers, mother-daughters, small groups of friends and especially you. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
