Tuscany, Italy 25th May – 1st June 2013

Deep Rest and Walking Retreat: (fully booked)

Next dates 2014:

May 24th – 31st 2014

June 7 – 14 2014:

Stop.  Breathe.  Replenish yourself for 6 days (7 nights) in the magical Tuscan countryside of Italy.

Expect a week of deeply restful restorative yoga to calm your mind, relax the nervous system and bring balance and a sense of peace back into your body and life.  Blend each day with either walks along ancient Tuscan trails, strolls through local villages or free time to read, swim, journal, day dream or enjoy a massage.

The beautiful thing about restorative yoga – no yoga experience is necessary.  Yeah!  Everyone, any age is welcome.

Restorative yoga uses the gentle support from blankets, yoga bolsters, blocks and eye pillows to profoundly encourage the body to let go, release and sink deeply into a state of blissful deep, deep rest. True healing and rejuvenation can now begin. It’s the simplest yet most profound rejuvenating practice.

Groups are small and intimate as Carole prefers to work closely with you.  Connecting with your unique energy so she can maximize your rest and rejuvenation experience.

In addition, Carole will tap into her intuitive guidance to support you (if necessary) with personalized reiki or other helpful ancient relaxation and healing practices.

Should you feel drawn to joining Carole in Italy know the retreat venue is held in a magnificent 17th century fully restored Tuscan villa set amongst 28 hectares of natural woodlands with fabulous views. The Villa is around 15 minutes from the famous historical ancient walled city of Lucca – 30 minutes from Pisa and 1 1/2 hours from Florence.
