Hell wise friend,
As one year is ending and another beginning I like to craft a cauldron of spaciousness for the new.
Invoke meaningful ritual to purify the past. Cleanse and clear old hurts. Freshen my energy fields. Re-align my inner compass.
At the end of each year, I bow in devotion to my fresh start ritual. She is my daily companion for as long as feels right. Sometimes 10 days, a month or even longer.
walking + durga mantra + nature = fresh start
My cleansing ritual for a fresh start. It’s super simple. And you know how I love simple.
Move your body, chant a mantra whilst surround by nature. Now that’s perfect alchemy.
The combination of walking in nature whilst softly chanting the mantra, has a deeply soothing and nourishing effect. It aligns me to the elements.
Worries dissolve. Nature listens. Trust grows. Vibrations lifted.
Goddess Durga’s Mantra
This exquisite mantra has faithfully served me for the past 5 years. She has never let me down once. So, I’m sharing her with you today.
Close your eyes, tune into your belly and check in with yourself. The real you. It may well be the ritual you are needing for this exact moment in your life.
Of course it’s worth mentioning you can practice the ritual anytime of the year. I certainly do.
Om Sri Durgayai Namaha.
