Just stumbled across your wonderful site; I already love it and can’t wait to come back. The monthly give a way is a really great idea.

Hi Carole, I hope I’m in the right spot. Jennifer Jeffries is great. I subscribe to her newsletter also (from having found out about her from your website) and it has a lot of common sense and easy to do things.

I’m always amazed as to the books and products you find for your giveaways. Eye pillow….mmmm…lavender….What a nice idea for stockings stuffers for Christmas. I know, I know, who wants to think about that, I realize it is early, but you have given me a wonderfull idea. I could even use fleece (it can get pretty cold here in the winter. It can go down to -40C). Well I guess I shall dust my old sewing machine, I can feel the hamster wheel in brain starting to turn…. Have a great week.

    blessings from Canada

I never miss reading your wonderfully soothing and nourishing articles in the Rejuvenation Lounge, and regularly pass relevant articles on to very grateful family and friends. I am implementing many of your ideas and suggestions into my life, with fabulous results. ( I feel I am turning into a beautiful, calm goddess as we speak - not bad, when you’re on the “wrong” side of 50.) As for the eye pillows - how utterly divine!

I am learning to take time out for “me” and enjoy recieving the positive energy that radiates from the screen when I visit your site. Currently my Yin/Yang energy flow is out of balance, but with your hints and a divine acupuncturist I’m realising that in order for me to help others I must put myself first some of the time!!!

Eyes are often taken for granted, but as I use a computer all day in a dry stuffy office, I can think of a better treat than to rest them with an eye pillow.

    Namaste

Thank you for the awesome tips on relaxation. I always enjoy the end of my yoga class because that’s when we lay down, quiet our minds, and relax. Depending on what I need to do that evening, it either relaxes or rejuvenates me.

    Cheers!

    Hi Carole,
I simply love coming back to the ‘Rejuvenation Lounge.’
Thanx for the great tips, I’ve been sharing them with the girls at work..and the office seems surprisingly calmer….Ah!

You’ve also encouraged me to rejoove at home, space clearing, luxurious baths & bigger breathes…plus Ruby (8) is mighty partial to the odd “OM” chant…which centres her just nicely.

I’ve heard of T5T and would love to learn it…maybe you could include it in your future(to be) newsletter….

    Love
    Cherie

Great website, great motivation being offered, great mindset presented. I am interested in the free offer. I haven’t done anything “tibetan” as of yet but always open to anything that helps to improve one’s quality of life and awareness.

    Peace, Geo

    Hi Carole,

What a wonderful article! I especially love (and already use) the technique for ‘pouring’ out all my thoughts before bed as I tend to have a very busy mind (don’t we all!)’

Also loved the reference to Christiane Northrup - she is such an inspiration to all women.

Look forward to reading more - great blog!
