“We unblock in the direction we are meant too with one strong ritual a day”

Hello wise friend,

Yes, its been a while.

I strongly felt the need to retreat for the first few months of 2018.  Something new was eager to be birthed.  My soul needed space. So I surrendered into the calling.  Sometimes the very best thing we can do for ourselves is retreat first before moving forward with refreshed certainty. Carving out still time to descend inwards. Zoom in and refine the path ahead.

Over the next month or so I’ll be sending you (via email) my weekly ritual which I share here every week on my website. The rituals are intended  to inspire you, to be your own medicine, one pause, one breath and one healing ritual at a time.  Some rituals come briefly into our lives then go.  They have delivered their medicine well.  Others stay longer. And some quietly comfort and guide us for a life time. They are keepers.  Please know, that no matter what life throws at you, there is a always ritual, ready and waiting, just for you.

I invite you to come visit me on instagram where I regularly share lots more supportive rituals.  I’ve also found my groove with instagram stories.  Short video’s of behind the scenes in my day, books I’m loving, rituals, potions, oracle cards, earth medicine, sneak peaks into my slow rest retreats and  more.  It’s a lovely casual, organic way to connect with you.  I love it.  Click here to find me on instagram and please do say hello.

Well I think that’s enough from me for the moment.

May the medicine in you Rise my friend, one pause, one breath and one healing ritual at a time.  xox  Carole

Weekly Ritual Archives

~ One Strong Ritual ~

I believe in one Strong Ritual a day.

It creates momentum. Flow. A clearer energy field around you.  A sense of connection to something greater than yourself.

We can’t help but unblock in the direction we are meant too with the loyal companionship of one strong ritual a day.

My strong ritual at the moment is 20 minutes of Slow Rest shakti breathing.

Starting the day in my body, not the head, sets the frequency for the day ahead.  I’m less reactive to the distractions around me.

Gentle shakti breathing welcomes more prana, life force energy and healing violet rays into the cells and genes of my body.

The healing and releasing process is activated.
