“When you lose touch with your inner stillness you lose touch with yourself” Eckhart Tolle

Hello wise friend,

Many of you will already know how in love I am with the essential oil vetiver.  I faithfully anoint her frequencies into my solar plexus for a deeper connection to sense of self and assist in releasing inner clenching/holding on around the stomach area. It’s a familiar ritual at the start of all my slow rest retreats.

Vetiver has been my quiet, therapeutic earth medicine for the past 15 years. The heroine of my Slow Rest retreats. Always! Always!

So as I share vetivers wise ways with you below please know it comes from over a decade of personal hands on experience for myself, my family and my retreat participants.

Oh, and in case you didn’t know vetiver oil is extracted from the roots of the grass.  You seriously can’t get a more earthed oil in my world. I took the picture (above) for you from one of my favourite mystical haunts in Ubud, Bali.

~ Descend Inwards With Vetiver ~

Reset your energy.

Drop in and down with the essential oil vetiver as you therapeutically ground and settle rushed and scattered parts of yourself.

Vetiver medicinally supports you earth excessive pressure and inflamed energy around the temples and head caused by over-thinking and worry.

It soothes your frayed edges. Is deeply calming for the mind. And gently redirects your breath and awareness solidly back down into the bones of your body.

Vetiver brings a warm heavy, seductive feeling of slow to the physical body.

A perfect antidote for fast, busy, distracted living.

~ Healing practice ~

Anoint the soles of your feet with the essential oil vetiver for quick and easy absorption into your energy systems.

One or two drops rub into and around the ball of your foot  is a beautiful way to ground your body and calm a worried mind.

Wild orange essential is the perfect pairing oil to bring lightness of heart as you descend into soft spacious stillness.

May the medicine in you Rise my friend, one pause, one breath and one healing ritual at a time.
