Make A New Moon Wish:

by Carole Fogarty

Sprinkling our life with “ritual” brings a sense of “sacred” and being connected to something greater than ourselves.  I happen to believe  ”sacred” infuses a meaningful depth into our life.

So without rambling on too much, I thought I’d share an exquisitely simple new moon ritual that I posted yesterday over on facebook.

It’s a perfect sacred pause.  Reminding you and I both, that life is filled with natural cycles and rhythms of endings and beginnings.

The new moon essence, in its simplest form is a time for new beginnings, new possibilities and releasing your wishes out into the universe.

Symbolic of planting a seed.

A simple new moon ritual:

1. Light a candle.

2. Close your eyes.

3. Bow your head slightly towards your heart.

4. Tune into your wise belly

5. And release your new moon wishes out into the universe.

Enjoy the new moon vibe gorgeous friends xx Carole

Beside my bed:

bookcoverThis book is stunning medicine for your mind, body and soul.

I’m re-reading for the third time.  The guidance is simple, yet deeply profound.

A beautiful reminder about compassion to self and others and what happens when we resist what is.

The Dalai Lama’s Cat is by far my favourite book for 2013. xx Carole
