I’ve created a manifesto. Just for you.
A bunch of helpful words to inhale as medicine for your body, mind and soul.
Print the manifesto (pdf link below) and place where you’ll see often – on the fridge door, your diary, computer, beside your bed, laminate for shower or stick on your forehead (just kidding). You might even want to frame as a gift.
Please know that the colour turquoise is equally as important as the words I’ve chosen. Colour is a subtle yet precise medicine.
Tourquoise carries a very therapeutic and healing energy. It’s essence very calming and especially cooling as it pacifies excessive heat, speed and masculine energies pulsing through us. Turquoise supports us take a less hurried approach to life, balances the masculine/feminine energy channels within and invites us to pause, receive and refuel more often. It offers protective qualities.
As you inhale the colour (at the same time as you are reading the words) her vibration whispers pause – breathe – repeat. Perfect. It’s Rejuvenation Lounges mantra.

It’s been sitting with me for 6 months. Some things can’t be rushed. It took months to soulfully choose the right words. I then hired a graphic designer to work on layout and presentation. But now it feesl ripe. Ready to be birthed and shared with the world. Enjoy!
