		<description>Affirmations are good. They keep you in a positive frame of mind, with your goal out front. However, just because we say them doesn&#039;t mean we are going to get everything we want. In the long run, this is a good thing. Sometimes we want things that are not really good for us and we just can&#039;t see it at the time. I believe it all balances out in the end...with the help of the power of the universe.</description>
