		<description>Wow, I really appreciate this article. Thanks. I&#039;ve been inspired - I will take up this habit. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s coincidence I found this site, I&#039;ve been telling myself I needed to take more time out. I got way too stressed this Friday and decided I had to rethink how I work. (To be fair it&#039;s my first time on a dedicated project for a long while so I&#039;m finding my groove).

So I&#039;ve posted up on my belief board (a corkboard with affirmations on it... Steve Pavlina of www.stevepavlina.com introduced me to the idea :) &quot;I take frequent pauses to meditate for short, effective periods&quot;. Hmm, maybe I can make that more emotive... well never mind, it&#039;s good. It&#039;s really good. I&#039;m feeling very nice and present as I write this; I will endeavour to keep this energy in my work throughout the day and from now on more and more. :)

I like meditating, though some of the techniques in this blog were inspiring and new for me too.  Oh and the hugs bit is cool, I totally agree. ;)
