Love what ive read so far.im 32 and for the last two yrs ive been unwell.ive had suspected labriyintis and chronic fatigue.everything got better but i still feel fatigued and have a constant discomfort around my left ear and at the top of my left side of my head that gets worse as the day goes on with visual disturbance and abit of virtigo
All test come back normal and the proffesor who see me said i could be holding on to the labrinythitis even though its gone to protect it.
Please do you have any tips to release this area?
