Love your top 5 self care priorities.  My fav.  It&#039;s only a worry if I worry about it and I won&#039;t. 

My mantra for this year is &quot;Enjoy more and worry less&quot; and my back up plan is to be gentle in everything I do so hopefully I&#039;ll be worrying a whole lot less this year.

My top 5 self care priorities.
Accept myself as I am. Accept others as they are.
It&#039;s only a worry if I worry about it and I won&#039;t.
Today is only here today so I will not lose it.
I will live longer and stronger if I eat well.
I will frequently stop, relax and smile.

Oh, and occasionally I&#039;ll remind myself that I have so much to be thankful for.</description>
