Another great blog article Carole.

I espeically liked the inclusion of snaking smart. Often I find myself munching on a chocolate bar, when I know darn right that I should be grabbing a carrot or peanuts instead.

Eating a balanced diet helps us get the vitamins and minerals our bodies need. It’s important to eat a variety of different foods – an apple a day is great, but an apple one day, a banana the next and grapes after that is better! We draw our energy from food, and it is important to eat a little bit from every food group: fruits and vegetables, grains, meats and dairy products.

Once again, thanks for the great article.

Cheers,

Great post. I drink water and give myself massages, and I also use a device called the StressEraser. (I've written about my experience with it in Experimenting With the StressEraser.) It works because I use it regularly...that means it's easy to slip into the relaxation response. Like Pavlov's dogs I've set up a conditioned response.

I'm not selling the device, nor do I get any compensation for writing about it. It's just a technique that works well for me.
