Mantra For The Moment: Every cell in my body is loved, happy and healthy. A note from me over at Twitter
Monthly Feature: Awesome Give-aways:
Each month I search for products that I personally believe will bring a good dose of wellbeing into your life. They are certainly not give-aways for the sake of give-aways.
That’s why, from now on you can expect to see - 5 things I love about this months give-away - included in each and every one of my monthly give-away posts.
And yes, each morning after my mug of chai tea ( I make the best chai tea in the world) I have been enjoying Kym’s yoga dvd for the past 3/4 days straight after the kids have left for school. You are going to love it.
How To Win One Of The Five Yoga Dvd’s For June:
If you are keen to invite Kym into your living room and learn more about yoga then please, please make sure you put your hand up. I have five copies, compliments of Kym to give-away to you my valued reader, no matter where you are in the world. And yes, to Desi in Italy I’m especially happy to mail one to you as I know you want one. I’m sure Kym would be thrilled to know her DVD has made it all the way to Italy.
To enter you simply need to zip across to The Healthy Living Lounge and leave a comment, at the end of this article where it says… leave a reply. Alternately my email address is healthylivinglounge@gmail.com as I know quite of few of you are not sure how to leave comments.
Competition closes at the end of this month so you’ll need to be quick.
Five Things I Loved About Kym’s Dvd:
- Kym is Australian. I love supporting fellow Australians that are passionate
- Her voice throughout the class is very calming with the essence of patience. Voice is important to me. It needs to make me feel safe, calm and comfortable.
- Kym continually encourages you throughout each pose. She doesn’t expect you to copy the pose exactly and offers modifications depending on how your body is feeling on the day.
- The affirmations Kym uses (for some of the postures) I found great for focusing the mind and connecting deeper to the power of the pose.
- Loved the face yoga and 10 minutes relaxation sequence at the end. Your body will be blissed out.
Peace, love, yoga and chocolate to you all, good luck, Carole.

The yoga DVD sounds wonderful. Face yoga sounds particularly interesting. I’m fairly new to the whole yoga scene and haven’t heard of face yoga.
Sheila N.on 26 Jun 2008 at 9:08 pm 2Hello Carole,
It is said that the right teacher appears at the right time, and so you did. I stumbled upon your awesome site about six weeks ago and have been enjoying it daily ever since.
The right teacher/time thing could true of Kym’s yoga instruction too. Her DVD sounds truly divine. I like that Kym gives affirmations for some of the poses.

Traceyon 27 Jun 2008 at 8:57 am 8Lovin the regular enews, and have just discovered yoga thanks to a terrific teacher, but she only does one session a week. So, on the lookout for a supplimentary addition to my new found love. Can’t believe i’ve waited this long to get passionate about yoga! Love and blessings to all readers.

Rosemaryon 27 Jun 2008 at 4:09 pm 10Love the Healthy Living Lounge articles. Yoga DVD would be absolutely fantastic - doctor’s orders to slow down and relax!
Julz64on 27 Jun 2008 at 4:38 pm 11A yoga teacher who doesn’t push you to do it ‘right’ but to your own limits is wonderful. I had the wonderful opportunity to do yoga under such a teacher but she has now relocated to the sunshine coast. to be able to practice in my own home would be lovely!
I am really enjoying your healthy living emails, Carole. They help to keep me focussed.
lots of love

Emmaon 29 Jun 2008 at 7:53 pm 20I also would love to win this yoga dvd.
I do have a couple of yoga videos but am not that keen on them - would like to do yoga more consistently though so maybe this would help.
Michael Kingon 29 Jun 2008 at 10:32 pm 21I’ve just found your Twitter feed, and am looking forward to some good info (and encouragement); I’m trying to come down from the 300 pound range back to my old “fighting” weight in the low “2’s”…
I used to do yoga about (cough)-20-(cough) years ago, and it helped me stay fit and much smaller. Since then, life has intruded….
