All 10 tips  speak strongly to me, and I am trusting that one or more will do the same for you.  Sometimes in life we simply need to be reminded to snack right, slow down our breathing, have a big stretch, spend some time alone or release some pressure from our head. So if you are feeling a little flat, have a quick glance at the rejuvenation tips below and see if any jump out at you.

10 Rejuvenation Tips To Grab On The Run:

 

1: Rejuvenate You: Swap one cup of tea or coffee a day for a delicious mug of miso soup. It is highly nutritious and can be made in an instant.

 

2: De-stress: Place both hands on your heart. Breath in and out of your heart for 10 seconds. This will allow you to disconnect from any drama around you and come back to your center.

 

3: Strengthen Your Boundaries: Love yourself enough to say no to others’ demands on your time and energy. Step back & reassess the situation.

 

4: Treat Yourself Right Now: Grab your favourite lotion or oil and indulge your sense of touch by passionately massaging your hands, fingers, palms & wrist for the next 5 minutes.

Great tips! Thanks Carole. I am still working on my list of rejuvenating foods. Looks like I better hurry up here with it almost being the end of June. Yikes!
