		<description>This is just what I need.  I'm going to focus on getting grounded, releasing stress and worry and finding things that bring me joy.  Might need to work on my boundaries to make all this happen.

		<description>I too accept the challenge.  I already eat and drink quite well but this week I have finally (after months of saying I would) added green tea to my repetoire.  I've also been doing a lot more running than I used to.</description>

		<description>I made a good start today by making time to listen to that meditation CD (which has been so fabulous for me!!!).

I've just started putting aside some time on a Friday to reflect on the week and consider any changes I want to make to my life balance.  Today I wrote down that I wanted to spend more time OFF the computer and OUTSIDE.  :)

I like ALL of the suggestions.

I think I'll also try to focus more on my breath.
