Rejuvenate You: Swap one cup of tea or coffee a day for a delicious mug of miso soup. It is highly nutritious and can be made in an instant. A note from me over at Twitter
Monthly Update: A regular feature:
After indulging in a little personal marinating during the past few weeks (reason for my less frequent posts), I feel inspired now to send lots and lots of energy and rejuvenation tips your way this month. The theme for June is all about rejuvenating you.

Photo by: StOrmz’s - A rejuveanting Japanese Tea Ceremony:
In June I’ll do my best to shift your thinking towards putting yourself first more often. Share simple ways to create excess energy by being mindful of your energy exchanges and of course offer lots of rejuvenation rituals that you can add to your life as an ongoing wellbeing habit.
It’s time to rejuvenate your body, rejuvenate your mind, rejuvenate your soul, rejuvenate your home and rejuvenate your lifestyle and its all happening right here in June.
The Rejuvenation Circle Workshop:
Out of my recent moments of stillness The Rejuvenation Circle was born. A brand new weekend workshop that I have created which focuses on simple rituals, tips and inspiration for recharging and rejuvenating your awesome body, mind and soul.
The first Rejuvenation Circle Workshop will be ready to launch in Queensland, Australia in October this year, dates are still being finalized. So as I put the finishing nourishing touches to this workshop, I’ll be sharing segments from the manual and program with you right here on The Healthy Living Lounge and of course daily over at twitter. From now on its all about you.
I always, always welcome any questions, concerns or personal obstacles that you may have concerning rejuvenating yourself to a deeper level. Let me know what works and what doesn’t so I can support you even more.

New Moon and New look:
In case you haven’t noticed I’ve changed the look for The Healthy Living Lounge. Being a Libran it takes me absolutely ages to make up mind, but at long last the new look is here.
As we have just entered a new moon, I felt it was the perfect time to switch to the new look.
New moon, new beginnings.
Still tweaking the appearance but so far so good.

Art Gonzalezon 06 Jun 2008 at 3:20 am 5As part of a rejuvenation cyble I would also emphasize the importance of proper hydration. A technique I was taught about a year ago is to drink six glasses of water (it’s difficult when you are starting!) first thing in the morning. Then wait about 45 minutes or an hour (while you are getting ready) to eat or drink anything else. Then continue drinking clean pure water the rest of the day as normal. This technique stimulates all the internal organs and brings them rapidly to prime condition. You will feel the difference in a few days. Also another tip is to take ice cold showers. It will feel you with super energy and also make you sleep better at night.

Dr. Nicole Sundeneon 06 Jun 2008 at 9:33 am 6Spring and early summer is an important time for rejuvenation! We have been so dormant and stagnant all winter, it takes a lot to get the ball rolling. Here in Seattle it is mid June and still RAINING! Ugh…Rejuvenate me Carole!!!
