Monthly Update: A Regular Feature:

A mixed month, as I lost a bit of confidence after I got the flu and then my kids managed to catch some weird bug. Doubted my ability as a writer and who was I kidding; no-one was reading my posts anyway. Why did I give up my career - to be a writer, author and blogger!

Feel back on track now and keen to infuse blog with loads of inspiration on holistic living with a dash of fun. Working a few posts at the moment to add to our wellbeing tool box including simple tips when you are having a lousy day.

Totally in love with Twitter, Blog is a little jealous though:

You can find me hanging out most days on twitter. I’m guessing twitter offers me instant relief as I can swiftly send my urgent thoughts out into cyber space and unclutter my mind. You are welcome to hang out with me on Twitter: its actually quite fun and pretty cool. No need to dress up just come as you are.

My guest posts on other blogs:

Extremely lucky this month, as three of my articles were chosen by three successful blogs with large readership audiences. My favorite post was over at Erin’s unclutter called Clutter busting game; Act as if you are moving overseas . Another was over at pick the brain called Living well with Less, thanks Peter, and my third article was accepted over at the positivity blog called 9 ways to detox a crowded mind which is an awesome inspirational blog

I’ve also been invited to write a weekly post over at The Parenting Squad, as I am now a contracted contributing writer.

April Competition:

So far only two people have put up their hands to win one of three on-line programs called; 7 steps to sanity on-line mentoring program which means there is one prize ready and waiting for a person in need of some work/life balance. Click here to be in the running for our April Holistic Living give-way. Each program is worth $99.00.

Link love:

Dr Nicole Sundene over the Kitchen Table has a wonderful article on cleansing your body for spring (that’s of course if you live in the northern hemisphere). Nicole has also asked me to write an article over at the kitchen table which I will do next week, I promise Nicole.

Suzie Cheel over at Abundance Highway had a great post which included a youtube video of the gratitude dance. If your day is need of a pick me up its worth zooming over and having a look.

Ange Rechhia who is about to walk the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea this year. The trail is single file for 96 kilometers.

My 20 year old son Oliver, is always showing me video’s on youtube. One this week which I particularly loved was over at Alisons blog. It’s a fabulous observation on human behavior when over 200 people in Central Station freeze in motion for exactly five minutes. Thanks Alison also, for all your kind words during the past month.
