Let’s not be strangers: I invite you to hang out more often:

I woke this morning with an urge. An urge to connect with you on a more personal level. You see the more I simplify my life the more I have a deep desire to double my life experience. I no longer wish to live a restricted version of myself. There is something limiting in a predictable and safe life.
Each day I wish to be a little bit scarred, you know the kind of scarred feeling which excites you at the same. I’m now planning to become more open and vulnerable, scarred yet excited each day.
My first step towards this is to share a recent photo of myself. Having my picture revealed to the world scares me. Silly but true. Yet here it is a photo of me in December 2007 at my brothers wedding. You are also welcome to look at another photo on my about me page which shows off my beautiful new Kenyan sister in law and two of my younger sons. I’ve also updated my contact and about me pages.
Let’s get together:
Apart from hanging out with me at the Healthy Living Lounge you are welcome to connect with me at some of my favourite spots like stumble upon or technorati. You may even wish to add me as one of your friends or favourites. If you are up for chat (I love to talk) then skype is the place to find me. For daily thoughts you can catch me most days on twitter.
Following are all the links so we can hang out more often no matter where you live in the world:
Twitter:
Usually share the book I’m reading and what’s exciting me at the time.
Stumble Upon:
Found a great free 28 day soul coaching program by Denise Linn. You can find the link over at my stumbleupon page.
My Skype address is: carole.fogarty
Let’s hang out more often and double our life experience together.
Please visit my Wellbeing Toolbox which has been created just for you
or join me in Bali this July for my annual Womens Rejuvenation Retreat.

Megan from Imaginifon 18 Feb 2008 at 5:12 pm 2I am so glad you have shared yourself. You are elegantly beautiful Carole and I always like to see the person I am connecting with - makes for an easier conversation. I challenge you to partake in the International Women’s Day Pics of Women in Sexy Genes: http://imaginif.com.au/~ima33724/blog/2008/02/18/pics-of-women-in-sexy-genes/
I’ll be there to cheer you on.
Scott Sheperdon 19 Feb 2008 at 12:33 am 3Way to go Carole. We have to make our lives count and we can’t really do that unless we become vulnerable. Putting ourselves out there. Great attitude. I’ll keep showing up.
Healthy Livingon 21 Feb 2008 at 1:20 pm 4Thanks Scott. Whilst its scary putting yourself out there the rewards are definitely worth it.
Keep showing up.
