Rejuvenate Your Body:
If you lead a busy, hectic and rushed life then your nervous system may very well be stressed, on a daily basis. Daily stress burdens your body, weakens your immune system, over stimulates your adrenals, not to mention the toxins it releases into your system.
Dr Masaru Emoto
Classical music is now proven scientifically to calm and relax the body:
You can’t believe how excited I was when I found out, by playing The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss 11, it has the physical ability to revitalize you after times of stress and fatigue by nourishing your central nervous system. Yahoo!
The best part is; its a simple and very do-able solution for our frazzled nerves.
The scientific research behind these studies is from Dr Masaru Emoto. You may have heard of him from the movie What the Bleep. I have been following him now for about six years and am thoroughly excited with his studies and findings. It finally gives physical proof to all things I have believed in for a long time; Your thoughts, the words and conversations you are exposed too and the energy in environment really does influence your wellbeing.
Release negative emotions with the matching piece of classical music:
Disturbed and stressed cells distort the health and vibration of the cells in your body which overtime can lead to disease. If you choose the appropriate music with the right vibration and rhythm, health and well being can be restored to your cells. You have effectively prevented illness and healed the negative emotion associated with it.
In Dr. Emoto’s book Music and Images to Restore Your Wellbeing he offers 15 pieces of classical music along with their physical and emotional healing qualities. An image is also shown of the water which received the vibration of the music.
You certainly don’t however need to understand the scientific basis behind these findings. You can simply play the appropriate piece of classical music which is known to heal the negative emotion along with bringing harmony to a physical condition.
Learn to love the Blue Danube for fatigue and stress:
Luckily for me I have always loved the Blue Danube after going to a Viennese Ball in London about 20 years ago. I play it at night whilst reading in bed and throughout the house during the day when the kids are all at school. Trust your intuition and play as often as you feel necessary.
I’ve listed below a few of the music pieces along with their healing qualities from his book to give you an idea of what you can expect if you go to borrow this book from your library or if you already have the same piece of classical music in your collection.
The Blue Danube by Johann Straus 11:
Whilst listening to the Blue Danube your nervous system will be revitalized. Emotionally it is nourishing for fatigue and stress whilst physically healing the central nervous system.
The Trevi Fountain at Noon by Ottorino Respighi:
This is perfect when you feel unlucky or depressed with your life. It will ignite the light in your heart. It emotionally encourages the feeling of good fortune and optimism whilst physically improving your immunity.
Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun by Claude Debussy:
This piece of music cleanses your mind, body and the fluids of the body. It emotionally gives you relief from environmental stress and physically improves back pain lumbar vertebrae.
Scene from Act 2 from the ballet Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky:
Whilst listening to Swan Lake your body, joints and thoughts will become more flexible( I need this for yoga). Emotionally it will give you relief from any rigid and obsessive thoughts and physically support smoother joint movements.
