		<description>thank you SO much for reminding me of this!  i used to do quite a bit of kundalini yoga and chanting to mudras was a mainstay of that.  those mudra cards sound very interesting, maybe i&#039;ll put them on my christmas list.

really glad i found your blog; got here through the fit buff carnival.</description>
