		<description>I&#039;ve tried this pose and it&#039;s very promising.  I definitely have to do the modified version.  I tried my first Yoga Class last week and am starting to incorporate the flexibility aspects of exercise into my routines.  It&#039;s tough, but I&#039;m looking forward to the challenge.
