Rejuvenate You At Work:
You love writing, blogging and surfing on the net so why only after a few short hours of sitting at your computer do you feel tired and zapped of energy when you felt perfectly OK when you got up this morning.
If you relate to this then you will be very pleased to know that often the most puzzling situations can be solved with surprising simplicity. I just love simplicity.
Yes, after spending more than a decade helping people transform and uplift the energies which surround them while they work I have witnessed the welcome return of happy, healthy energy levels too many smiling faces.
Following are my top five solutions which have proven to be the most beneficial in restoring energy levels for a wide variety of work spaces. Each and every one of these remedies when applied can greatly improve your overall blogging experience.
Here’s to improving your blogging experience bit by bit.
Have your back to a solid wall:
To feel supported, improve concentration and have command of the office space in which you work, your back needs to be against a solid wall and face an open space.
A solid wall provides a yin, calm, still, stable energy behind enabling you to focus well on the job at hand without any energy pulls, drains or distractions from behind. It is much the same principle for when you sleep. You wouldn’t ever think of sleeping with your head facing an open space so why have your back exposed.
If your back is facing a door way, open space, end of a hallway or window the mind is unable to relax fully and will always subconsciously be on alert as it can’t see when someone is approaching from behind. Also there is a constant flow of forever moving energy happening from behind you and in some cases the energy will be rushing if your back happens to face towards the end of a hallway. Hallways definitely cause energy to rush and the longer the hallway the quicker the rushing energy. You simply don’t want to be on the receiving end of that. If this happens to be your exact personal situation then I would assume you are unable to sit and write for long periods of time at your desk. You most likely would have a constant urge to get up from your chair all the time. Sound familiar.
If having a solid wall behind is not an option for you then you can easily create the calm, stable, yin energy effect by having a solid high back chair or placing a moveable screen behind you. Both solutions have proven to be most effective.
Don’t just believe me though, experiment with difference chairs and layout arrangements and notice the changes in how you feel. It’s all about how your feel as your body will always tell the truth.
Don’t face a blank wall:
Don’t face a blank wall. If you face a blank wall then that’s exactly what you will create today, a whole lot of nothing. Position your computer so you have a view. If this is not possible then put pictures and images on the wall the instantly uplift and inspire your energy levels. Feed your mind with inspiration and not blankness.
Avoid sharp pointed corners rushing at you:
I can’t stress enough how important this remedy is. Sharp pointed corners force energy to rush and believe it or not cause fatigue, pains and headaches depending on where they are physically aimed at your body. Firstly the rushing energy pierces the auric field and then after time, penetrates into the physical body. If you have any sharp pointed corners from walls, filling cabinets etc aimed directly at you when you work then please re-arrange the space so your body is avoiding them. If this situation is unavoidable I do have a list of suggestions to remedy this situation which you are more than welcome to ask me for. healthylivnglounge@gmail.com
Detox your files, folders and paper work:
A great formula to remember is; if you want your blog to grow by 30% then remove and sort 30% unwanted, unused, unnecessary, disorganized stuff in your work space.
If you want your blog to grow by 40% then remove and sort 40% unwanted, unused, unnecessary, disorganized stuff in your work space.
This formula includes email boxes and how you organize and sort your computer files. I can feel the groans now. Just because you can’t see the mess and disorganization doesn’t mean you are not working in a space with tangled and confused energy.
The heavier and more cluttered, more tangled and more disorganized your work space the more mistakes, problems and distractions you can expect.
If the work space you are sitting in can’t breath then how are you able to be creative and productive? A good test is to observe your breathe. Is your breathing tight and restricted or open and deep?
Generally a congested, messy and cluttered space restricts your breathing. If your breathing is restricted then your thinking is also restricted. If your thinking is restricted then you make mistakes.
Clear the space around you and allow the energy to open up and flow again.
Breathe, remember you are doing what you love.
Add more life force energy:
The more we create a separation between ourselves and Mother Nature the more we live in our heads and not our hearts and bodies. When you write from your heart you inspire your readers with your passionate content.
Create a work space environment that feels great when you sit down, that is alive with indoor plants, fish bowls, water fountains, fresh flowers or even crystals, special stones or shells. If you can’t do that then have a mirror that reflects the garden outside, hang a print on the wall that connects you with nature, simply do whatever you can to reduce the separation and bring the essence of tranquility back into your work space.
The simplest solution of course is to have lots of natural air flow and sunlight. An abundance of sunlight can brighten and uplift any space.
Thanks for reading my article.
Peace, love and happy works spaces to you all, Carole.
